Committing a crime causes many damages and losses, and the victim is a person who, under the influence of the crime, suffers definite damage and harm to physical, mental and spiritual integrity. The criminal behavior that a person becomes a victim of can be murder, robbery, rape and many other crimes, and just as the crimes are diverse, the victims are also diverse and varied. And these victims need support according to the conditions, situation and amount of damage. The focus of the present study is to examine the rehabilitation of the victim in the light of clinical victimology, which is a descriptive-analytical method. The results indicate that the different stages of clinical victimology in the rehabilitation of the victim include examining the victim, examining the characteristics and nature of the victimization, distinguishing the types of victimization and estimating the amount of physical, mental and emotional damage. The branches of clinical victimology include justice for victims, victim assistance, scientific (experimental) victimology, and clinical victimology. The harm inflicted on victims includes psychological and emotional harm, and post-traumatic stress disorder. In order to rehabilitate the victim, measures such as medical support measures, psychological and emotional support measures, and support measures related to post-traumatic stress disorder are used.
