By melting metals at the beginning of the Neolithic Age and transforming them into different and different forms, man has embarked on an endless journey, and since his initial knowledge of the possibility of not being passive towards the surrounding nature has increased his courage for change, now, after passing through the industrial age, he has entered the age of biotechnology. Although it has not been more than a few decades since humanity entered this home, our country has also become one of the few countries that benefit from this technology. This is while, like many events that have occurred in recent years; the necessary legal frameworks for accessing resources, utilizing benefits, and preventing or dealing with its damages and disadvantages have not been sufficiently in place, and this vacuum has made interdisciplinary research, which has not been welcomed due to its difficulty, more necessary than ever. In this study, using a descriptive-analytical method and a library method, we seek to find an appropriate legal-economic solution through theoretical discussions with an attitude towards economic theories, in order to, in addition to encouraging actors in the field of genetic manipulation, prevent harmful actions; We have guaranteed compensation for possible damage, and in this regard, we have analyzed appropriate solutions to prevent obstacles in the production of these products, as well as better compensation for damages (including insurance and compensation funds).
