Today, the main focus of criminal liability in crimes committed by children and adolescents is on the gradual and gradual model, which itself indicates the acceptance of reduced criminal liability for children and adolescents compared to adults. This process has been implemented in both formal and substantive business law in Iran and France with the aim of managing dangerous criminals. And a consistent, phased mechanism has been considered for the control of delinquent children and adolescents, which is referred to as "developing phased alternatives." The present article, using a descriptive-analytical method, seeks to answer the main question: What are the strategies for this type of liability, given the principles governing business regulations?
The research findings show that in business crimes, accepting reduced liability rationalizes the strategy of criminal responses, and in this way, by clarifying the legislation governing these regulations, we can observe a growing decrease in the occurrence and repetition of crimes in the business environment.
