Providing a model of entrepreneurship education with an emphasis on the development of entrepreneurial businesses in the developing economy of Iran

Abstract
Entrepreneurship is emphasized as the axis of transformation, employment and development in the country's upstream documents, it can be achieved through a precise educational model. Regarding importance topic, the present article presented the model of entrepreneurship education with emphasis on development of entrepreneurial businesses in developing economy of Iran. In terms of the purpose of this research, is an applied-developmental research, in terms of the method of data collection a descriptive research that was conducted with a cross-sectional survey method. The statistical population qualitative section includes the managers of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance. In the qualitative section, theoretical saturation was achieved by reaching 13 interviews, in the quantitative section,views of 113 experts were used. The data collection tool is a semi-structured interview and a questionnaire, which was validated with the method of construct validity, convergent validity and divergent validity. Using Cronbach's alpha and composite reliability, reliability of the questionnaire was also evaluated. To identify underlying categories of the research, the foundation's qualitative data analysis method was used with Maxqda software, and partial least squares method with Smart PLS software was used to validate the model. Finally, the indicators of entrepreneurship education were prioritized with the Swara method. The results indicate that strategic alignment, educational policy, entrepreneurship platforms affect entrepreneurship education. Educational infrastructure provides necessary platform and environmental factors also play an intervening role in the relationship between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial education strategy. entrepreneurial education strategy leads to empowering entrepreneurs, entrepreneurial spirit, entrepreneurial orientation, entrepreneurial self-efficacy.
